I recently had the pleasure of working with Trenchless Pros to replace my main drain, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their exceptional service and professionalism.

From the moment I contacted them, Conraad and his team demonstrated a high level of expertise and dedication to solving my main drain problem. They started promptly, arrived on time, and were ready to tackle the issue.

The technicians were not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also took the time to explain the problem and the steps they would take to fix it. Their transparency and clear communication instantly put me at ease, I knew that I was in capable hands.

They worked tirelessly to ensure that the job was completed efficiently and effectively. They went above and beyond to address any concerns I had, and the results were outstanding.

In addition to their technical prowess, the entire team exuded professionalism. They were courteous, respectful of my property, and left the work area clean and tidy once the job was finished.

I highly recommend Trenchless Pros for anyone in need of sewer drain services. Thank you, Conraad, for your outstanding service—I will not hesitate to call upon your expertise in the future!

Brandon, Joh, Suren, and Liam were great! Very professional!

The finishing touches on the dig are delayed until the spring but Brandon has already set aside a 2-week window in April/May when he will come back and touch everything up.

Great experience overall!

I am very happy with Mr. Mike’s service. I had a water line break on the weekend. I called Mr. Mike’s and Mike responded quickly to come out to assess the situation and he took the time to explain things to me, which was very helpful. He is responsive and personable, and very nice to deal with.
Members of their Excavation and Trenchless Team including Brandon, Suren and Liam are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and focused. They kept me informed throughout the process, and got the job done efficiently.
I would recommend Mr. Mike’s to anybody.
